With a chemical reaction of controlled oxidation, we transform alloy’s surface from an instable state (rough or dull material) to a stable state (metal with a layer of protective oxide). The oxidation treatment, associated with silk-screen printing process, allow the penetration of colored pigments in the oxidized layer, achieving great chromate results, particularly resistant over time.
